Garden Creek Farms Co-Pack operations started out as a small boutique Co-Packer for local and regional food production with a focus on helping new start-up food producers compliantly get their products developed and packaged. Since its inception in 2016, this facility has been in a constant evolution and is finding its place among co-packing facilities nationwide. Garden Creek Co-Pack has found its niche in the market by being able to work with small emerging companies' hand in hand to produce products at a cost that startups can afford, allowing for smaller minimum order quantities with all the certifications and perks that larger co-packers can offer.
Garden Creek Farms Co-Pack is an Organic Certified operation, which allows for any of its customers to become organic certified with proper recipe development and sourcing. Along with the Organic Certification, we are also FDA compliant, NSF Certified as a small supplier to Costco and Whole Foods and will be SQF Edition 8 Certified by the end of 2019. Garden Creek Farms can currently offer Gluten Free and Non-GMO Certification to customers as well Kosher certification in the near future. Garden Creek Farms Co-Pack runs under a HACCP based food safety plan for manufacturing, production and distribution. GCF has personnel on staff that have been certified as PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) with the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance as well as a certified internal auditors.
